Cricut now has a food safe machine that is dedicated just to cutting food! Make beautiful gum paste decorations for your cake, or cut cheese or even tortillas! Use the same cartridges that you would use for your regular paper cutting Cricut. This video was made for Paper Craft Planet at the CHA Winter 2010 Show.

I heard Overstock got some Qty too and will be selling this at a great price soon!
Just saw Linda McClure demo her technique at the National Capital Area Cake show. Saw the Cricut Cake there too (in a different hall) and I have to say I will not be buying a new machine. My Expression works GREAT with the help of Mrs. McClure’s informative DVD. Support a true entrepreneur and buy her DVD, save your $ and use the Cricut you already own.
Cakediva, why didn’t anyone who was using the Cricut to cut gum paste years ago post any information on it anywhere? There was nothing on the Internet except questions until she did her DVD and posted pictures of her cakes? Why are you trying to discredit her contribution?
lol, Linda didn’t invent this method. I’ve seen people use Cricut to cut gum paste years ago!! This looks like an amazing machine!!! Buying it as soon as it comes out in April!!
Linda McClure invented this method of cake decorating and presented her idea to Provo Craft. This new machine is the Expressions with the modifications she suggested.
very informative. can’t wait until the machine is released. a caterer’s dream come true!
