Not sure what you mean… the cricut expression cuts paper to desired shapes you can use in your scrapbook, but cannot “manufacture” paper. You have to buy the paper you put in it. However, you could use the cricut markers to create designs on blank white or solid colored paper



In theory you could make your own sb paper with your printer, although this wouldn’t be cost effective, and rather time consuming, and nowhere near as much fun shopping for more paper!

You can use the Cricut E to scallop the edge of your paper…or to make up to 12″ circles, hearts, ovals, etc.
The Cricut cuts out letter, numbers and shapes from cardstock.
